Last updated: August 2026

This notice describes how the personal data of users who browse this website and use its contact forms is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Data controller

The data controller is Ital Log, with registered office at Via Paolo Gagliardi 16, 25127 Brescia (BS), Italy — VAT no. 04363260987. For any request concerning personal data you can write to info@itallog.it.

Data processed

a) Browsing data: the IT systems hosting the website acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet (IP addresses, access times, requested pages). This data is used only to ensure the correct operation and security of the website. b) Data provided voluntarily: by filling in the contact or quote forms, users provide their name, email address, phone number, company and the content of their message.

Purposes and legal basis

Data sent through the forms is processed in order to respond to requests for information or quotes (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, art. 6.1.b GDPR). Communications about products and services are sent only with the data subject's express consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.

Data retention

Request data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and, where a business relationship follows, for its duration and for statutory obligations. Data processed for marketing purposes is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Data recipients

Personal data is neither published nor sold to third parties. It may be accessed by suppliers of technical services needed to run the website (hosting, email), who act as data processors.

Transfers outside the EU

The website is hosted on servers within the European Union. Some third-party technical resources (e.g. fonts and libraries loaded from CDNs) may involve data transfers to third countries; these providers adopt the safeguards required by art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

Rights of the data subject

Data subjects may exercise at any time the rights set out in arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@itallog.it. They may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
